People love pet memes, and veterinary practices often enjoy re-posting them to increase practice visibility across social or simply offer pet owners a laugh to lighten their day. But what if you can’t find a suitable meme? Is it hard to make your own?
Not at all. Simply take a photo that you own (or someone has okayed for use), drop it into any photo editing program that allows you to overlay the image with your text, save out the image as a JPEG or PNG, and voila! You’re ready to post your meme.
Don’t have an original photo that suits your needs? Not a problem. Free photo sources like Unsplash, Pexels, and Pixabay offer tons, and while you initially may not think that stock photos lend themselves to humorous captions, you just need to use your imagination and you’ll be surprised at what captions come to mind.
